I have an s23 on the T-Mobile network and in the last two days during calls, the second party volume disappears for 5 to 10 seconds. I can't hear anything from them but they can hear me. The call does not drop , just their sound. They can hear me during the call. I switched to Wi-Fi calling and that seemed to fix it but a day later it happens again even on Wi-Fi calling. I have closed all other apps. I've cleaned memory I've checked my sound settings and I've rebooted the phone several times but it doesn't seem to change the issue. I'm not finding anything online regarding this issue which is why I'm posting here. Anyone else have this problem? Know how to fix it? Is this a service issue?
Same problems on S24 and add sudden call drop on Xfinity Mobile. Ran diagnostics and also checked volume settings. Made sure latest update and all apps current. Still having same problems.
I had this problem when I first I got my S21...either I couldn't hear them, or they couldn't hear me... this was with the native samsung phone dialer... I ended up downloading the Google phone dialer and using it instead and never had another problem with that.. not sure I'd that'll work for you but it worked for me and I haven't used the samsung dialer since then...
