Keys cafe styled keyboard not loading s23plus

Needing help - i have downloaded and installed good lock/keys cafe/theme park. Created a styled keyboard which is displayed in keys cafe and in theme park, however, the styled keyboard does not load no matter what i try. I have a samsung s23plus and am from the USA. Cannot figure out why it wont load so I am here looking for assistance.

@cosmiccrew82 Just to confirm, you are using the Samsung keyboard?

phone settings -> General management -> Keyboard list and default -> Default keyboard

Hello. Correct. I was using a diff keyboard app called gboard prior, but i deleted it once i downloaded good lock. The only keyboard option i have right now in that setting area is default samsung keyboard

Once you are your done styling the keyboard how you want it are you downloading it and then setting it check out my screenshots (probably won't post in order)

Yes. I have done those steps. I style it, i download it and name it. I then select it from my themes and its also selected in theme park. Uploading some screen shots for you or anyone else to see

There is also a light and dark setting could be you are styling it to the light theme but you are using dark theme so basically there are 2 different styles to choose

@ButtaBean_420, I noticed that too. My light mode and dark mode settings are both styled. I am using dark mode setting on my phone. Uploading more screen shots. I also did the effects and key animations and all of those are working even though my styled keyboard isnt loading

@ButtaBean_420 another thing to note is that i cannot get any styled keyboards to load, even the preset ones that come with the app. All that shows up is my customized keyboard that i made as shown in this screen shot

I got it figured out the issue open your keyboard go to settings toggle off High Contrast Keyboard
