My s23 ultra says it's up to date but it's not

For starters when I go into setting and go to update my phone it says it's up to date and I want one ui 6.1 and when I go to the about my phone tab it says one ui 6.0 android 14. As well as every time I restart my phone it says android 6.0 beta. I've talked to customer support and they say to go on my computer and plug the phone into the Samsung app I forgot the name but it shows no update. So they tell me I have to reset my phone which I don't want to do. I hope I can get this resolved if anyone sees this. (I check every week have been for at least 5 months to update my phone and it says the same thing)

Smart Switch. That is the app that you should use. That shouldn't factory reset your phone.

Yeah, that's the app I used and nothing came up When I plugged in and I know it was plugged in

Unfortunately, your phone needs to be removed from the beta before you will be able to update it.

Replace your phone if it has insurance on it. Problem solved 🥲.

If none of the above work you'll probably have to factory reset your phone. However you can use Samsung cloud and or back up your phone to Google drive and it will restore your phone back to the state and settings your had before the reset

Flash your phone up with Samsung official firmware using the latest patched Odin. Your phone will not be left out of updates because of it. Samfw.com has official Samsung firmware to download, can use Samsung server's yet it will be a slower download.
