Onedrive not showing uploaded photos

Recentrly my onedrive app on my S23 ultra stopped showing some photos that are already backedup. I am able to see those photos in web version of onedrive. I have tried resetting the app, log oit log in back, etc. Any idea or suggestion would be much appreciated. Here is how display some photos.

It usually means that the CODEX is no longer supported by your phone.

Meaning, the instructions that tell your phone how to interpret the thumbnail and photo are too old for your phone to use.

It looks as though the app has been recently updated and may be in the process of updating the codex on your phone.

Leave the app open and check it again later.

Thanks for the reply.
That makes sense due to that happens with old photos, but the weird thing is that I have older photos uploaded that I can see without any issue.
The only thing I haven't tried is to reset the phone.

Try tapping on the photo to open it an see if it doesn't update the thumbnail.
