Phone and watch connection issues

Is anyone else having issues with their Samsung watch disconnecting from their S23 ultra randomly?

I have a older Samsung watch and a new S23. Won't even recognize watch. Need help.

I have seen this before on numerous galaxy devices. Check to see Galaxy Watch PlugIn app have unrestricted access. Go to settings, then apps, then search for aforementioned app. Go to battery and compare with the image
