I got latest update of android 15 with latest UI version 7 (S23 Ultra 5G). Phone got crashed after installing this update. I reached to service Centre, they tried updating old version, Android 14 with UI6, which is working fine on this device ( with no audio and voice) however again after installing latest update, it is getting crashed again. This phone is just 2 year old and purchased from SAMSUMG website. There is no solution with service Centre executive. This service Centre is authorized and available on SAMSUNG website.
please advice on further course of action.
