Phone updated and lost all saved events in my Google calendar

My phone updated this morning and I have lost all saved events in my Google calendar. This is how I schedule for my business so I need to recover everything.

If it was in your Google calendar, you should be able to login to Google calendar on your PC and all your items should be there

Try going into your Google account everything should be backed up there and you can download it as a takeout.
