I have a problem with my Galaxy S23+

When my friend with a Galaxy S20+ is trying to contact me, I don't recieve the call, and when I check my call history it says "Blocked Call". This person is a good friend and we are often contacting each other so this was quite a surprise. I have checked that I haven't blocked him by mistake. How can I make sure I can recieve his calls normally again?

Yesterday I installed a One UI security patch, does it have anything to do with that, and what can I do to resolve my problem?

From your Dialer>three dots top right>Settings>Caller ID and Spam protection>Block only high risk scam calls.

I tried to change the Caller ID and Spam protection, but it didn't help

Do you have block unknown numbers on? If so ask him if his outgoing caller ID is blocked for everyone

I'll see if those are set correctly, but since this just randomly started happening today I don't think something like this could just switch itself on. Also the guy is able to call other people just fine, and other people are able to call me.

This was happening to my sister a while back. I checked blocked numbers and every setting I could think of. It seemed a restart resolved it.
