Galaxy S23Hi there, welcome to the Community, @userAB123 and @ChildishhAlbino, and thank you both for reaching out about this. That's certainly strange and unusual behavior. While you do insist it isn't an app, it's possible that a rogue third-party application is responsible. You can see if this is the case with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If the behavior continues while in Safe Mode, it may be time to give your device a factory reset. Follow this guide carefully every step of the way, and back up anything you do not wish to lose beforehand: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Galaxy S23Yeah, I've had the same issue after a few days - it sounds like a video game or something music to me. I can't work out what's causing it.

Galaxy S23Hello.
Thanks for responding. After doing some digging and finding a couple of people on Reddit with the same issue - I've found my way to Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> there is a graphic with Permissions used in the last 24 hours -> View all permissions -> Music and audio
This identified that Galaxy Wearable App had been recently accessing the permission to play background music suddenly.
Please raise this with the relevant team to resolve whatever permission leak is causing it to suddenly play the same track check this Reddit post out for a reference to what it sounds like
