Random note received, is this a possible virus or spam?

This note automatically appeared on my phone. It wasn't in an email or on a website. There was no heading or company name displayed. Also, there are mistakes in the notice. I ran the virus protection, and nothing was found. My guess is that this is Spam and I should delete it. Any suggestions?
