My phone got an update last night. Now my s-pen say it can not connect. I keep trying and same thing. Is there a fix for this or is anyone else having this problem

Hello! I absolutely understand needing your s pen to connect to your device.

I found this troubleshooting link that may help (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001833/).

 

If you are still having the same issue with it not connecting after the troubleshooting, next I would suggest reaching out to a certified technician to take a look at it.

If you have one of those phone cases like Defender Shield to protect you against your phones radiation, you must remove your phone from that case and remove the magnets from your phone backing in order for your s pen to work correctly. I still use the defender shield case, but I have a creative workaround. I use velcro to attach my phone to the case and just remove and reattach as needed. Hope this helps.

Turn air action off the pen will still work. But notice stop.
