These are the worst preorder trade-in deals ever. How dare Samsung try forcing us to sign contracts for 36 months with carriers to get the best deals. Gen Mill and Gen Z hate contracts. People need to boycott till they drop the prices for unlocked trade. For the previous s22 and fold and flip 4 models. CLEARLY SOME PEOPLE ARE BRAINWASHED STILL GETTING THEM. Sadly looking for clout as well. How pathetic.

I've been trying for three hours to pre-order the S23 Ultra for T-Mobile at the Samsung ite, and I can't do it. The Samsung selection process (phone, add-ons) works fine, but once it connects to T-Mobile and I enter trade-in info and choose my existing phone number and plan, I get a constant "Something went wrong. Please try again later" message. In another window where I tried again, I get a message saying they can't validate my trade-in IMEI with T-Mobile, so I didn't even get as far on that effort as on the original one. I've tried probably 50 times on two different browsers, with the same results.

I called in to Samsung after about an hour, and after a repeated, lengthy hold after *each* individual piece of information she asked me for, the agent said the product is out of stock.

I have screen captures of all the offer selections I made at the Samsung site, so I just hope they will honor them later--assuming I can ever get my order through.

To add insult to injury, I didn't even get the email honoring my pre-order reserve until 3 hours into this process--and I got the same results with that link.

A complete debacle, at least as far as the reserved pre-order co-offer process with T-Mobile is concerned.

I don't know if you're using Chome , but is was the same problem last year while using the Chrome browser. I used the Samsung browser and everything went smoothly.
