Galaxy S23Does anyone continue to experience Two-Factor authentication issues when trying to pre-order an S23 by upgrading an existing line with T-Mobile?
I can login with my T-Mobile phone number and PIN, but Two-Factor authentication always fails when entering the OTP code send by T-Mobile.

Galaxy S23Unfortunately no. Tried from different browsers, computers, location and no luck.
Samsung and T-Mobile support have no clue. They suggest to clear cookies, private browser mode etc.
This does not even work in their own Samsung android application.
After using Chrome developer tools, it appears that once you enter the OTP number received from T-Mobile, the Samsung.com website tries to perform an authentication API call such as: https://www.samsung.com/us/api/ecom/v4/carrier/t-mobile/shopping-carts/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...
which returns error 400, typically malformed call to the API. The response is something like:
{"statusCode":404,"error":"Not Found","message":"Not Found"}
It almost seems like the website does not add the OTP code in the return call to verify Two-Factor authentication.
Some people suggested that the account may belong to any of the categories listed that are not eligible for this trade-in offer, and although T-Mobile confirmed that my account does not belong to any of these types, it still does not work.
I think a Samsung developer responsible for this website functionality should be able to resolve this, but good luck with that.
