S23 Preorder Feedback ; Trade In deals / Promotion feedback

These are the worst preorder trade-in deals ever. How dare Samsung try forcing us to sign contracts for 36 months with carriers to get the best deals. Gen Mill and Gen Z hate contracts. People need to boycott till they drop the prices for unlocked trade. For the previous s22 and fold and flip 4 models. CLEARLY SOME PEOPLE ARE BRAINWASHED STILL GETTING THEM. Sadly looking for clout as well. How pathetic.

You can't get YouTube clicks, likes, and subscribers without provocative videos it seems. Unfortunately. A lot of the reviews were saying it is not worth upgrading but that is completely subjective and Samsung pretty much hit it out of the park with the Ultra with the exception of this year's standard color choices IMHO. Otherwise it is simply a fantastic device. The preorder upgrades were very nice. Trade in values were horrific but you can always sell privately.

I agree with you. As far as battery life there are a ton of factors but the new s23 series across the line has much better battery life than last year.

I agree that the trade in incentives were bad based on what they offered in previous years but considering I still got $500 for my Note 20 Ultra 5G I can't complain too much. I started working from home this past year and I use my phone more like a mini laptop so this is where the S23 Ultra really shines. I sign lots of documents and this is the perfect platform for that. My Note is still a great phone in like new condition but even new right out of the box I encountered a few bugs and quirks that I haven't had to deal with on my S23. I didn't think they were that big of a deal until I didn't have them anymore. I'm going to take the full grace period to evaluate my phones side by side just in case the honeymoon phase is short lived and I start regretting my purchase. I don't think that will happen but it has in the past when I was too quick to send my old phone back to Samsung. That's how much I still like my Note.

Hi All, 

I currently have a s22 and was looking at getting an S23+. Is it worth the upgrade? Now, my driving factor in this upgrade is battery life but I want to know is there more to the S23+ than that. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Battery life is INSANELY good especially in lite profile mode!
Selfish camera MUCH better!
