S23 Ultra One UI 7 notifications

Got the update for the new OneUI (I do not like it but nothing to be done)  The issue I am having is that my notifications do not give me a summary of the alert and also I can not swipe to clear them. There is no option to clear all notifications. 

I have Cleared the cache for the phone and the apps.

I have tried both the combined and the split pull down options.

I have tried changing it from short to brief and back again.

Any additional help is appreciated. I am took the plunge for my wife and need to have it figured out before it forces her to update so for the sake of my Sanity help is appreciated.

PS is there anyway to TOTALLY remove or disable all the new AI features.

Go to phone settings, notifications, notification pop up style and click on detailed

I got my update yesterday morning, and I am already having that same issue

I have the same problem. Even changed to detailed view, restarted phone, and it will work for 2 seconds then it automatically reverts. So incredibly frustrating. It feels like I'm stuck with an Android version from 15 years ago. If, and this is a big if, I ever buy another Samsung device, I will never update the OS. Just too many problems and no way to resolve even the most basic problem.

One UI 7 update, I can no longer see the details of any notification, not texts, not Gmail, nothing. I've cleared the cache, rebooted, selected detailed notifications, restarted the phone. It works for 2 seconds them reverts. Quick replies are not working. It's very frustrating.
