Galaxy S23About 2 months ago, I noticed my S23 Ultra wasn't charging when I plugged it in. This lasted about an hour or so and then worked again. Eventually it stopped charging at all.
I had the charging port replaced 4 times. Each time plugging it into a charger would work for a dozen or so hours and then stop again. I would plug it in with a different charger or cable and get a notification that Fast Charge had started, only for the charging icon to disappear after 30 seconds. I've tried to clear cache partition, safe mode, and force restart and nothing seems to work. Sometimes it will work for a few hours, and then stop again.
I took it to a Samsung Mobile Authorized Repair Center, and of course the phone charged fine, even showed the correct voltage going to the phone, so we couldn't correctly diagnose at the time, because we couldn't replicate the issue.
Wireless and Fast Wireless charging has worked consistently, or I would have had to replace it immediately. I would really like to fix this, and I am open to suggestions.

Galaxy S23When I plug in a cable connected to a charger, I get the icon that says "now charging" and the lightning bolt next to the battery percentage on the top right of the screen, but that disappears after a few seconds.
Wireless charging is the saving grace, but now I have to remove the phone from the case whenever I want to charge it, and I cant pull any files off of it using the cable.
I tried with the original charger and cable as well, I kept them in the box when I purchased the phone.
I got an app "Ampere" thats supposed to tell me charging info, (voltage + amps), and this tells me its drawing 1 amps from the wireless charger. When I plug in a charger, it says about 2 amps, and then quickly changes to "unknown", and then it doesn't identify any power being charged at all. This is probably the best evidence I have its an issue with the charger controller in the motherboard..

Galaxy S23Well, the bigger issue here is not the charging (as your phone can be charged by other means), but the fact that you can't use the USB port for file transfer, which *would* indicate a problem with the USB port itself, not simply the charging board. If you already had the USB port changed 4 times, there may be a motherboard issue or an issue with the connection from the MB to the USB port (I don't know, I'm not a technician, but it seems logical). Seems like with the cost of repairs and replacing chargers, you have spent almost as much as replacing the phone and an additional repair may not be worthwhile for you - only you can decide. When you brought it for evaluation the last time, did you mention that you could also not perform file transfers?

Galaxy S23Another repair shop suggested it could be the connecting ribbon between the port and MB, or a MB issue.
