S23 one ui 6.1 update heating issue

 I update my phone to one ui 6.1 at couple of months ago and ever since then I am having heating issue, my processes gets overheated while downloading, using camera or doing any heavy task. Now, yesterday I got this update and I am really uncertain about updating my phone again. Should I update my phone or not? Has any have any experience where you got similar problems and later with this update it was fixed or otherwise? I heard some updates effects differently with different phone.
