Galaxy S23@LiaMichelle @Mothman187 Do you have all your face "beauty" enhancement settings and any Auto-HDR settings toggled off?

Galaxy S23Hey, LaciDay. Thanks for sharing your concern with us and bringing attention to this matter with your camera. Some great troubleshooting tips have already been advised, but have you also tried turning off the Tracking Auto-focus? It is possible this feature could be altering the quality of the image. I would also recommend testing out your phone in Safe-Mode as well. You can try using Safe mode to determine if recently installed apps are causing an issue with your camera's focus.
Press and hold the Power key and Side key. On phones without a dedicated Power key, you can swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick settings, and then tap the Power icon. Touch and hold the Power off icon, and then tap Safe mode when it appears.
Your phone will restart, and “Safe mode” will be displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen. Check your camera's focus and remove any recently installed apps if needed. Restart your phone to exit Safe mode.
If the symptom persists, a service repair may be the solution for this concern. If you have any further questions for us or would like for us to set up the service repair for you. You can send us a direct message by using the link below. Thank you!
