Galaxy S23Hello Hasnainbeta, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with your device overheating after the recent update.
Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smartwatch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Use this guide to help keep your devices at their normal operating temperature:

Also try clearing your cache partition like Turkeylips suggested:
Power off your device, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons, Once the Samsung logo appears, release the power button and your device should boot into recovery mode, use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select wipe cache partition and restart your device normally
You can try a factory reset on your device, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002780/
If you are still having issues after completing the troubleshooting steps we recommend having the device evaluated by a certified technician:
