S23 ultra phone calls - they can't hear me

I recently got an S23 Ultra. Every time I make a call, the other person can't hear me. I can hear them and it is driving me crazy screaming into my phone when they can't hear me. If I am lucky enough that they can hear me, my phone echoes so badly that I can't understand them anyway. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you fix it? I'm going crazy!

Call quality is a carrier issue. Please contact your carrier for assistance. It might be best to take your phone to one of your carrier's stores.

I have the same carrier I had with my old phone that worked great. Do you think it's possible that it's still the carrier?
