No, it will still be available if you already have it. On newer devices they won't be preinstalled, but you can still download it from the Galaxy Store.
Samsung Messages aren't working for me. It shows that the message was sent, but the person I send it to, doesn't receive it. Is that a glitch or is there an update I missed ?
Yeah... I've heard it's because Samsung Messages are going away and we need to use Google Messages. I really like my Samsung Messages app... I hope this isnt true and it's just an easy fix š¬
