Screen Delay on Notification

Hi, anyone know why screen touches may be delayed or not recognized. Every notification pop up will take up to 5minutes before it disappear

if you haven't done so, reboot your phone. if that doesn't/didn't help, clear the cache partition from the recovery screen and see if that helps.

Try accessibility,advanced settings,time to take action and set it for 5,10,15+ seconds
