Why is it that every time the Samsung Keyboard message comes up, it affects my screen timeout. It stops working. My screen stays on no matter what. 

BTW, I don't know how am I supposed to to configure the Virtual Keyboard when there are no options.

I have the same issue on model A51. Installed the free McAfee Security app and the issue went away. Always keep the tab open and it keep the issue under control. Also restart ur phone weekly to help clear out issues

Was there anything in McAfee that you had to adjust for it to work?
I'm using AVG Anti-Virus.

Not that I can remember. Run the Free Smart Scan and McAfee will scan wifi connection, identity for any data breeches that included ur name and or email address. Free scan will run anti-virus scan of ur phone
