Galaxy S23I do not know if my phone had an update prior to not being able to do it. There's been an update every month, and I infrequently do scrolling screenshots
The next time this issue happens I will try to boot into safe mode and try there

Galaxy S232. Update Samsung Capture from the Galaxy Store.
3. Clear cache/data of Samsung Capture.
4. Use Smart Select / Edge Panel as a workaround.

Galaxy S23They changed the way it works. You only have to tap the scroll button once and then scroll your page up, pause til the next pic is taken then scroll again til the each picture is snapped and the sequence ends then pause at the end. You used to have to tap the button for each segment.
