I have a new pair of Galaxy Buds FE. The sound quit working on the left bud and hardly any sound on the right bud. No, they haven't been wet or exposed to moisture. I have restarted and reset them.

If you don't want the app in your secure folder, delete the play Store app from secure folder, or, simply delete the app from secure folder after you've installed it in the main hard drive of your phone.

Did you respond to the right post?  There's nothing in here about secure folder or apps - it's about the buds.

Have you tried the widget and Listen to music with dolby on? They have a user manual but it's not in English. Oh well, mine work fine, take time to see if you can get a replacement, save your receipts. Take a heading test it may be your ears.
