The other day I was out of town when i woke up my phone had me locked out. Tried to sign into Samsung account on line on my laptop and they were sending me text to verify it was me, (LOL), I coulncouldn't answer them. Then called them and they said I needed to do a factory reset. I told them I wasn't going to do that, they said take it to service center. Since I was out of town and I didn't have Google maps to take me there, Lyft took me there and in less than 5 minutes it was working properly again. Hold the 3 buttons on right side for a period of time. Really Samsung service department why could you not tell me this. I definitely got some more Grey hairs that morning. FYI its hard to get a Lyft also if you can't get into your phone. That's another story!
