Is anyone having issues with the app messaging app can't open or receive any messages im restart and turn off the phone not working still

I'll just check it was all to update it have the update from July 1

Yeah there's a later system update that just dropped maybe that will help ya out 🙏

July 23rd is last update on samsung messages according to the store
