There's No Auto Stack In One UI Homescreen

Just now on my homescreen when I looked at one of my widgets when I tap and hold then edit stack I only notice being able to set the content, but there's no auto rotate stack at all. Before, I was able to see the widget stacks I set that were working normally until just now I unable to see what occurred from not seeing the toggle at all.

I just restarted my phone. The same issue occurred while I also looked on Reddit threads several months ago, which basically shows the issues had occurred to some then.

Is there a solution towards how I can get auto rotate widgets back?
