Galaxy S23Please, Please, Please add a lower time for time to take action, the default is around 2-3 seconds and the only options are 10sec, 30sec, 1min, 2min. I have no idea who would ever want a 2 minute volume bar or pop-up on their browser saying "Drag from top and touch the back button to exit fullscreen." Every time I leave the page or take a screenshot or swipe to look at notifications!
- Yes I understand some people are not tech savvy but please just add an option to disable the feature completely, or atleast an option that only pops it up once for repeated actions, so many people have issues with it and are forced to go into the code to fix this minor inconvenience that blocks important parts of the screen

Galaxy S23This is an accessibility feature for people who have dexterity issues, like shaking hands, Parkinson's, MS, old age, etc. The default action time is standard for all phones - that's why it's the default. If one needs more time, they will set it for something other than the default. You cannot make it less than the default. Hardware has limitations.

Galaxy S23You cannot. The processing speed is what it is and what the phone's hardware can handle. Forced on you? You bought a phone, all phones have operating systems. Those systems are programmed a certain way - it's no different than any other computer. Some things you can change, some things you cannot. This you cannot on this phone. I don't know about other brands, but if you are going to keep your current phone you will have to live with this. There is not even anything in developer options to override this timing. Perhaps there might be a way if you do a Google search, but anything you turn up there will likely be something that will void your warranty (if you have one), prevent your phone from receiving updates of any kind (even security updates), and would generally not be a good thing for your phone. Once you take those kinds of actions, you open your phone up to security holes which can result in hacking.
People got very spoiled with Samsung's customability. They now think they can bend every feature to their will. On no other product of any kind, anywhere, can you make modifications that the manufacturer did not build in. You buy a product, you are subject to its limitations.

Galaxy S23Again DISABLING pop-ups require no additional hardware, yes I can look it up and download some code editing software but as you stated at risk of losing warranty, I don't want to argue about this with someone who cannot help me with a QoL (quality of life) feature this doesn't have to be changed but people have been wanting it to change without using 3rd party programs such as in the reddit post linked above

Galaxy S23You are not saying you want to disable pop-ups. You said you wanted to disable the time to take action when the pop-ups appear, and you chose the accessibility settings as your example. They are not actually pop-ups, they are "toasts", and if you want the proper help you have to use the proper nomenclature. Those toast messages cannot be disabled and can only be shortened to the default length. Google is your friend. Look it up. If you find a way, more power to you. They don't bother me, as they disappear very quickly, and I no longer actually consciously see them or pay attention to them. They are informative to let you know that the action you chose has been taken. Once again, you have to live with a product the way it is made, or buy another product. If you want a product you can completely mold to your needs and whims, I suggest you learn how to manufacturer and code such a device.
