Troubles with charging port connections with charger

I am having problems with connections to charge my Samsung S23. I have to jiggle it and the charging goes off and on. Any recommendations on what to do?

Have you replaced the cable with a high quality cable?

You can try carefully cleaning the port but it may have been damaged. Typically the cause is a defective cable.

Sometimes lint will get into the charging port causing this problem.
