Turn OFF the phone

Before there was an option where in order to turn off your phone you had to put a pin or password, does that option still exist? I have searched for it and it does not appear .

Not having that option facilitates the job of the one who steals it, or if it is lost, they find it, they turn it off and there is no way to find it.

@SuperOvni If your phone is locked with a PIN or password and you attempt to power it off, it will ask you to unlock the phone.

I know, but that option existed and is valid, if they implement 2 check to enter to your bank ect etc why dont double check to turn off your phone...is a plus.

I normally hold the power button and it would give you three. Options now it won't do that Bixby comes on and won't go away
