As soon as I updated to ui7.0 my camera now has lines going up and down on the left side of the screen. These lines go away if I zoom out to 0.6 or zoom in past lvl3. Spent 45 minutes trying fixes with Samsung support but nothing helps. Anyone else have this issue?

Have you tried clearing the camera cache or resetting the camera app to default?

Yup cleared camera cache and data. Reset camera to default settings. Booted in safe mode also. Only thing I haven't done is a complete factory reset. Something happened when I updated. Before update it was perfect

Just to contribute where I can. I have the S23 Ultra, and while the camera needs some improvements, I don't have the issue you're talking about.

This may not be a Samsung problem, I have had the exact same problem before on a Motorola phone, I am curious what the communities thoughts are about a solution.

This was an immediate issue following the update though. I use my camera every day to deposit checks. It's 100% an update issue with my phone. Something got corrupted during the update causing this. If I could roll back the update camera would work.

Since this issue started after an update, try to wipe the device's cache partition.

To wipe the device cache partition:
1. Power off your device.
2. Power up while holding down the Volume up key and the Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
3. An Android recovery menu will appear.
4. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Wipe cache partition.
5. Click the side key to select it.
6. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Yes.
7. Click the side key to select it. The Cache will be wiped almost instantaneously.
8. Click the side key to select "Reboot system now".

If the issue persists after wiping the cache partition and a factory reset, send feedback via the Samsung Members app with logs included so Samsung can review and track the issue.

Here is a link with how to do that: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

Just wiped partition cache and still have same issue. I'm dreading a factory reset out of fear of loosing my contacts. I am a small business owner so my contacts are very important. Gonna start backing up my phone now so I can reset it. Have a feeling that won't work either though. Update has really been a pain in my butt
