Unable to complete Clear face identification verification for Samsung Health

Has anyone been able to get through the Clear verification. Everytime I do the face identification it comes out unsuccessful. I am 18+ if needed. Do I have to be in their database or something?

Hello Asumsang1512, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns about not being able to complete the face identification with Samsung Health. 

Lets try uninstalling, reinstalling the app and checking for updates: 

From the Home screen, swipe up to open the App drawer. Find the Samsung Health app, and then touch and hold the app's icon until a popup menu appears. Tap Uninstall, and then tap OK to confirm.

To reinstall the app, navigate to and open the Play Store or Galaxy Store. Search for and select Samsung Health, and then tap Install.

Samsung Health should be kept up-to-date for the best results. Updating it is a little different depending on what app you use:

From the Play Store, tap Menu (the three horizontal lines), tap My apps & games, and then tap Update. If the Samsung Health app requires an update, tap Update next to it.

From the Galaxy Store, tap Menu (the three horizontal lines), and then tap Updates. You can also tap My apps instead. If the Samsung Health app requires an update, tap the Update icon next to it.

Try your device in Safe Mode to ensure that a third party app is not causing the issue:

I followed the steps. I don't think it's SamsungHealth, more likely Clear ID verification failing all the time. I don't know why I can't upload government id instead of face.
