This update makes my phone drain it's battery every minute every minute, before it used to last 1 or 2 days active use, now it doesn't even last an hour, the ui all of it sucks, Samsung really needs to re think there terrible design, they need to fire all people that created this horrid trashy ui

Galaxy S23Hey everyone,
I recently updated my Galaxy S23 to the latest software version (April 2025 security patch), and since then I’ve noticed my battery draining a lot faster than usual even with light usage.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Cleared cache partition
Turned off background app activity for most apps
Enabled battery saver
Reduced screen brightness and refresh rate
Despite all that, I’m barely getting 4 5 hours of screen-on time, which is a big drop from before the update.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Any suggestions or fixes that worked for you? I’d really appreciate the help!

Galaxy S23As a loyal Samsung customer, I chose your brand because of its reputation for quality and reliability, especially in terms of battery life. This rapid drain after an update is unacceptable, and it has left me questioning whether I made the right choice in purchasing this device. In fact, I now feel as though I’m experiencing the same frustrating battery issues that I had hoped to avoid when switching from an iPhone. Ironically, this is one of the main reasons I switched to Samsung in the first place.
I request that you look into this issue promptly and provide a solution, whether it be a fix through another software update or a recommendation for further action. As it stands, this problem is significantly affecting my user experience and, frankly, has tarnished my perception of Samsung.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
