Galaxy S23Did you perform a wipe cache partition afterwards?
It's crucial to do this after a major update, it gets rid of accumulated ghost temporary files that can effect battery life.
There is a pinned post called Best Practices with tips and tricks to keep your device in good working order.
Your phones is a computer, you take care of your PC, you have to do the same as your phone. You should routinely reboot your phone 2x a week.

Galaxy S23I'm getting so mad. I just replaced my battery because it was going down 17% an hour, and it's still a bad battery. It has been 3 hours I've been on my phone, and I am at 50%. I feel like I should be compensated bc **bleep**. I'm required to be on my phone with my job and a total charge is supposed to be 10 hours. I'm so tired of this. Might I highlight, I GOT A NEW BATTERY LAST WEEK. I have my phone on adaptive charging, I dont have multiple tabs open there is no reason I should be experiencing this. Samsung, fix this

Galaxy S23I keep seeing the excuse that the OS has to learn your behavior, but why is that not the case when you first buy the phone then? Batter worked fine out of the box in that instance

Galaxy S23It actually is the case. New phones do go through a phase of learning your battery habits. You likely don't remember due to your device being 2 years old, or did not know that this was happening.

Half the time my phone stops charging at 65%! And the battery doesn't last as long as it did before. This only started after the last update!!! Please fix this!!!!!
