Voicemail full notification, but have no new messages?

I keep getting this notification that my vmail is full yet when I call *86 it says I have no messages. 

Verizon visual voicemail is not working (that's the only reason I tried *86)

All of my apps and UI are up to date

I have customers that have left me messages but then send me emails because I didn't return their call (that I could not retrieve).

Spent 45min at a Verizon store and they did lots to try and fix it but nothing yet.

They tried resetting the network signal; cleared cache on the app (3x). My phone restarts every 3 days. I put in airplane mode 4x/wk (due to work).

I'm open to any suggestions.

You won't factory reset, but setting up a new phone is not a problem?

That makes complete sense, NOT!

Long press on the visual voicemail app until you see the pop-up menu, tap on the I and go to the info page, go to storage and clear DATA, reopen the visual voicemail app and try setting it up again. That is how I hot it to work on Verizon.

It is been my experience at any Verizon store they are not to bright, they are not technically inclined. They are sales people only who mostly own iPhones.
