Why isn't the volume so low where you can't here your messages tried volume up and no difference s23 Verizon

Make sure your media volume is turned up.

Tried that it's never work right

It the volume on your phone and for other apps OK? Is it just your voicemailbox?  It could be a carrier configuration issue.

How do I delete the password on my voice mail when I don't know it or ever had one

Have your carrier reset your mailbox.  You will lose all voicemails currently in it.  You could ask if the carrier has a default pin you are supposed to change when you set it up, but it's unlikely, as most don't. If your mailbox is asking for a PIN, you must have set the mailbox up at some point.
