From everything I can see, there should be a feature to toggle Wifi Calling on and off. But I see no setting. Service is horrible at my house. So between calls dropping and no toggle feature, I conclude something is missing.

Settings - Connections - nope
Contacted Visible and they confirmed it is activated on their end. They recommended I reach out to Samsung to get a direct update to my phone.
I did multiple rebooting attempts (airplane mode, take sim card out, etc) and resetting mobile network without luck. Getting worried I might have to buy a new phone.
First off did you setup your phone of your cellphone provider yet? If not do that and maybe the WiFi calling will show up after it's provision for your network provider
You should be able to turn on the feature in settings, connections. You said Visible confirmed it's activated on their end. Call them again and tell them you'd like them to re-provision your SIM, because you don't have all the features you're paying for.
