My S23 ultra phone got its August software update, an now I'd can zoom in to take a photo because the camera picture starts to grain up, an the photo is a disaster, only at night, an the focus is hard to get a shot, it won't stay focused for some reason, can someone please help out, I'd paid 1200 hundred dollars for this phone, I'd need someone to fix this problem asap please, it was working just fine until that software update

With the phone powered off, press + hold power and volume up buttons until the Samsung logo disappears. Using volume keys, highlight Repair apps then use power to select and confirm if necessary. This wipes the cache partition and reindexes all apps.

I faced the same issue with my S23 Ultra after the August update.

I managed to find the problem, which is caused by the Camera Assitant app. Check the "Capture speed" and select "Prioritize Quality". Otherwise, if you select "Balance speed an quality", or "Prioritize speed", the zoomed photo will be a disaster.

Hope this helps.
