Hi, since updating my Galaxy S24+ to Android 16, the ASOS app won’t open — it just freezes on the black screen with the ASOS logo. I’ve already cleared cache/data, reinstalled the app, updated WebView and Play Services, and reset my network settings.

The H&M app also loads but images don’t appear, so it seems like a compatibility issue after the update.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix yet?

You will have to contact the developers of those apps to check on updates for Android 16.
