I am using 2 sim cards on my S24+. A physical sim card from at&t and an eSIM from Movistar. When i try to txt using the movistar service to international numbers. The messages do not get sent. They get stuck on a sending message. I am only able to text nationally. Switching to wifi calling. The txt messaging service gets completly blocked on the movistar line only. I am able to use at&t with no issues. If i remove the at&t sim card. I am now able to use text messaging with the esim movistar on both mobile data and wifi calling with no issues whatsoever. If i insert a different sim card from another provider. Both services work fine with no issue. Sim card and eSIM. Whether on mobile data or wifi calling. Txt messaging works fine to national or international numbers. The culprit is definitely with the at&t sim card. Having the at&t card in is causing the movistar service to stop working properly. Has anyone run into this type of issue with any other provider or at&t and how was it resolved? Or is this issue with some sort of samsung setting that I need to double check check? The S24+ is an at&t carrier branded phone that i have since unlocked.

AT&T wants you to pay for an international plan. They get their money from making life difficult for users until users give in to their demands/tricks.

Ensure you manually switch the access point settings and mobile network before attempting to use the eSIM.

๐Ÿ˜‚ thats funny. That's actually not the issue. My AT&T service works just fine. The issue appears to be related to both Samsung and Movistar. I switched my AT&T to eSIM and the issue continues. We have come to terms the issue is with both a bug in Samsung handling of 2 sims and also an issue on the movistar service.

If messages with the eSIM works with other carriers' SIM cards, and it lets you send the message only when AT&T SIM is active, I am confused what could be the common factor. Maybe I misunderstood your point.
