I've had my S24 Ultra since December '24, and straight out of the box I've had issues with connecting my Android Auto. I was an iPhone girly prior to now, and only had issues with CarPlay when my aux cord was fritzing. I tried changing from a generic USBC to a fast-charge, but no matter what cord I use, the smallest bump or nudge or--more recently--BREATH will cause the AA to lose its connection. The phone itself will say it is still charging and there is nothing wrong with the cord itself, but the AA connection has gotten progressively worse over the last 7-8 months. The USB port in my car is fine.
Could this be an issue with my phone's charging port or is this a software issue?

Clean out your charge port, I have this issue occasionally some pocket lint will get in there and it will still charge and connect to AA but the slightest move will disconnect

I've had this issue since I pulled the phone out of the box. I've cleaned the charging port too.

It's always the cables! ..or fir, I meant fur, yes all the fur, furry cables! Replace them with real copper cables, expensive and precious, yess precious.. Mwhahaha..!

I'm just glad you got AA to work, I never have.., i envy you! 😏

Did you try the cable that came with the phone? You can also get a wireless adapter like the Motorola MA1 which your phone will connect to when you start the car. I haven't had any issues wired or wireless with my s24 Ultra on 2 different cars.
