Why is my android auto not working? Did I screw up a setting somewhere possibly? It used to work in both vehicles and now won't start up!

A little more info would be helpful:

- Which device(s) do you have?
- Which OS are you running?
- If multiple devices, is it the same behavior on all of them?
- Is it a wired or wireless AA connection?

We need more information to determine why it may not be working.

Honestly, I don't know how people expect help when they post such vague information.

I know. I chose to ignore the sarcasm.

First time using this my bad. It's a s24 ultra. Was using a Motorola wireless AA adapter. Both cars have aftermarket double dins with wired AA. Phone has all updates. AA just stopped working for both wired and wireless.

Did you wipe the phone's cache partition after the update?  There could be leftover temporary stuff that's interfering.

It's also not out of the ordinary for some older devices to have wi-fi and/or Bluetooth issues after an OS update.  Run diagnostics on the wi-fi and Bluetooth (settings/device care/diagnostics) to make sure it's not a hardware issue.

You can try resetting the network connections - settings/general management/reset and select the "reset wi-fi and Bluetooth settings" option.  If you do this, you will have to reconfigure all your wi-fi and BT connections again, but it will likely help the situation.

I have an S24 I upgraded to this phone last year because I started having the same problem after an upgrade. I have to connect to my ear buds because it will not connect to the car, wired or not. I didnt start experiencing this until that last upgrade just like last year.
