Are people telling you they are sending you texts and you aren't getting them?

I know for the last couple weeks I have 3 people who say they are sending me texts and I never received them. I've confirmed they are both android and iPhone users. I've tried using Samsung messages and Google messages and it happens using both. This is also happening to my wife and we both have s24 ultras. But I have the stable rollout of UI7 android 15 and she still has android 14 because she didn't go through the UI7 beta program. I'm at a loss.

Yes all the time this happens, I won't recieve them until hours later or sometimes the next day if I even recieve them at all.

Call your service provider have them reprovision ur device to the network again.

I had an issue during the beta program fiasko where my messages wouldn't turn on RCS chats messages weren't going out or coming in. It was all messed up. After I talked with T-Mo and they reprovisioned it back onto the network about 5 minutes after the reprovision it just stated working out of nowhere. Oh please let me know if it works out for you so that we can use it as a resolved issue for other people to reference for troubleshooting.

Thank you I appreciate the information! I just got off the phone with Xfinity Mobile. They did the reprovision.

Is it working normally again? Have those same people try to text you again to see if theirs come through now, and vice-versa.

I'm not sure yet. But they are at work right now. So I won't know for a while.
