QuestionsYou have to notify the Beta moderator that your carrier has changed. Do not reset your phone unless told to do so by the Beta administrator, as they will give you instructions for removing the beta from your phone. Or, you can switch back to T-Mobile if you want to continue to participate in the program.
The Beta is limited to T-Mobile users, so if you switched carriers, you are now with a non-participant and no longer eligible for the Beta.

QuestionsHello,
One possible solution is to withdraw from beta and re-participate in Beta program.
If this does not resolve the issue, we will help with de/re-registration once the spot opens up.
