Blocky pixelation artifact on Facebook & Youtube videos.

Anyone ever had to deal with this. After trying everything short of a reset, it seems to a problem with the video encoder codec.

If anyone has any idea, I'd really appreciate it.

Wow that's bad my guess and only guess corrupt file on video or YouTube having software issue

Only thing I can think of is clear cache in YouTube
