After updating to One UI 7, the call background (default or custom) no longer shows when receiving or making calls. Instead, the screen just displays a solid background with the caller info and buttons ā no image at all.
I factory reset my phone, cleared Phone app data, reset app preferences, and even tested in Safe Mode ā nothing worked. The bug persists even with default Samsung call backgrounds.
This was working fine before the One UI 7 update. Please fix this ASAP, as the call background feature is completely broken right now.

Same issue with my S22. I just want the default call background but all it does is display solid colors and it looks horrible. Lime green, bright pink.. š
