Camera failed

I have this s24 ultra bought in Walmart app. I bought this device 5 months ago. This device is still running one up 6.1. Later I learned from this forum that my device is not paid off for the software. Okay now coming to the problem. Whenever I open Camera app it is saying camera failed. front camera is working fine. Only back camera has this problem. Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue.

Run diagnostics under settings > device care to see if it might be a hardware problem. Alternatively, go to the support tab in the Members app and tap "get started," as shown in the screenshot.

The diagnostic won't fix anything. It's meant to tell you if there's a problem. What results did you get?

What do you mean by "device is not paid off for the software"?
