Really not enough info for anyone to help, but to start, do you have the network password?

Galaxy S24Remove the device from device manager and tick the box to remove the driver as well if offered. Keep removing it until you can no longer tick the box to remove the driver.
If the device comes back, let it stay on stock driver that Windows installs for you. If not, grab the latest driver from the website.
Does it work now? If still not try running the Network Adapter troubleshooter in Windows.

This could be due to incorrect password. Not being near enough to the Wi-Fi or simply the Internet connection is not working. Have you verified the WiFi is working
