Galaxy S24I ordered an item from Amazon and when I went to pick it up from a local Amazon locker (that I've used several times before without issue), my S24 would not connect to the locker, so I could not follow through with picking up my purchased item.
Normally, when picking up an Amazon order I open the Amazon app and find the order, then I tap on "Start Pickup". The next screen normally says "Connecting to Locker..." before presenting a button to 'Open locker" but this time all I got was a blank screen.
While at the locker location I contacted Amazon via their Chat service to report my issue. On my device I confirmed that Bluetooth and location services were on, and after several attempts including a fresh email link to access the locker and restarting my S24, the Amazon associate suggested there might be a problem with the locker itself and offered a refund for my order but I declined, figuring that I still had a couple days to try again.
As a "just in case", I ordered the same item from Amazon again, but this time directed it to be sent to a different local locker for pickup. I received a notification today that the (newly ordered) item was available for pickup at the alternate Amazon locker, but when I went to pickup the item I was once again unable to connect to the locker and could not pick up my order - just like what occurred the other day. I will also say that while I sat in my vehicle trying a few things on my phone to try to overcome the trouble with connecting, others were able to access the locker and pick up their orders - leading me to further believe that my Galaxy S24 seems to have a unique issue with connecting to Amazon lockers.
I should also probably mention that I've stopped back at the first Amazon Locker to try accessing the item I initially purchased (one day left) but the same blank screen continues to appear when I tap on "Start Pickup".
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Does anyone have a suggestion as to why my device may not be able to connect?
I thought I'd post this message here to see if perhaps I get any replies from others but otherwise can only think to contact Amazon via Google Play about the Amazon app, since I believe the only other possible interference could be trouble caused by the Amazon app itself.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice.

Galaxy S24@Mascher22 A search on the web yielded a suggestion from 3 years ago.
"If you disabled the "Nearby devices" permission for such app, it will cause for the app to crash. Another way it can be disabled is if you left enabled the "remove permissions if app is unused".
Go to settings, apps, select the app, unselect "remove permissions if app is unused" and then select permissions, nearby devices, search for the app and then enable it under this permission"
Give this a try.

Galaxy S24I tried both suggestions at both locations, to no avail. Nearby Devices is normally on for me and toggling all permissions off/on for the Amazon app did not work. I closed all open apps and restarted my phone again even, to see if it would help but I wasn't able to connect to either locker.
By now my orders have been automatically returned to Amazon so I will use an alternate address/method for Amazon deliveries for a while, probably until I feel bold enough to try using the lockers again.
Thanks again for the help.
